The NCDA SCDA Student Manual and state-side shipping is included with your paid tuition (approximate savings of $70).

Exceptions: US shipping to HI or AK, and International shipping will be billed separately.

SCDA Course Registration Information

The School Career Development Advisor (SCDA) training is designed for providers who work with youth in many settings to help prepare them for meaningful work and assist them in managing their future careers. These providers work with other staff to coordinate the design, implementation, and monitoring of school and community-based efforts to improve the chances of students entering post-secondary institutions or the job market with skills, knowledge, and credentials to be competitive. 

Training Format

Harrison & Associates East offers the SCDA Training as an add-on course for our FCD Training completers or current students or as a stand-alone course for non-FCD trainees. The SCDA Training is a total of 45 hours of online instruction consisting of 7 online face-to-face hours and 38 eLearning hours. The course is designed to be completed in 2, 4, or 7-weeks, you decide.

​Training Costs

Our training fee is $750 per individual. NOTE: Our FCD Training students may receive the SCDA course for a discounted rate of $675!

The tuition fee must be paid in full prior to class start date. The student training manual and US stateside shipping are included with your paid tuition and will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Alternately, an eBook format is available for purchase for $50.

Registration Process

To register for SCDA Course:

Online: complete the SCDA Online Registration form attache resume and submit payment; or

Email: signed completed SCDA Hardcopy Registration form and resume to Within two business days, our office will send you an invoice for payment.

Registration Confirmation

Upon receipt of registration form and payment, we will contact you to schedule your F2F session dates/times.


Our office accepts PayPal for credit/debit cards, University Direct Deposits, and Government P-Cards. NOTE: a PayPal account is not necessary to successfully submit your credit/debit card transaction. Simply select the "other payment" option under the PayPal user account login.


Request for refunds must be given in writing and prior to the start of the original registered class. Refunds will be issued based on the following rates:

 30 Days prior to the class start date:
 100% of deposit and any tuition paid minus a 3% processing fee
 Two weeks prior to the class start date:
 75% of tuition paid
 One week prior to the class start date:
 50% of tuition paid
 Within one week prior to, on, or after class start date:
 no refund


For students that miss the required course hours or must reschedule, a transfer to a class that is scheduled for a later date may be an option. The instructor will make transfer decisions on an individual basis.
