Our Story
What began with a commitment to make high-quality career development training more accessible has grown into a broader learning organization serving career, workforce, education, and helping professionals.
Harrison & Associates International pioneered the Fast Track Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Training format, creating a flexible, accelerated learning experience for busy professionals. Over time, our training expanded to include School Career Development Advisor (SDCA) training, instructor development, and applied continuing education in areas such as artificial intelligence, case management, and business services.
While our offerings continue to evolve, the focus remains the same: practical learning that professionals can apply in their work and use to strengthen the services they provide to others.
Founder & Principal
Melyssa Harrison
Melyssa Harrison is the Founder and Principal of Harrison & Associates International LLC and an experienced workforce and career development professional with more than 30 years of experience.
Her work has included career development, workforce services, training, program development, and professional education across workforce, education, military, nonprofit, and other service settings. She has trained hundreds of professionals through HAI’s career development and professional development programs.
Melyssa is an NCDA Facilitating Career Development Master Trainer, NCDA School Career Development Advisor Instructor, CCE Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) Instructor, Certified Master of Career Services (CMCS), and Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP). Her approach emphasizes practical application, ethical practice, and training that professionals can use in the work they do every day.
