Leadership Lab 2027 Policies & Terms
These policies apply to Leadership Lab 2027 and its Pre-Lab trainings hosted by Harrison & Associates International LLC (HAI).
Registration & Payment
Leadership Lab 2027 registration is $249 per participant. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Space is limited, and registration may close before the published registration deadline if capacity is reached.
Onsite registration, if available, is $299 per participant. Onsite registration is not guaranteed and will be offered only if space remains.
Pre-Lab trainings are currently available to registered Leadership Lab participants as optional add-ons:
One Pre-Lab — $75
Both Pre-Labs — $125
Pre-Lab seating is limited and registration will close when capacity is reached.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to HAI.
Cancellations received on or before February 8, 2027 are eligible for a refund, less a 4% administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued after February 8, 2027.
The February 8 date also corresponds with the hotel room-block cutoff date.
Registration Substitutions
Paid registrations may be transferred to another participant.
All substitution requests must be submitted in writing to HAI no later than March 1, 2027.
Substitutions requested after March 1 are not guaranteed and may be considered only at HAI’s discretion.
If the original registration includes one or both Pre-Labs, those selections transfer with the registration unless otherwise approved by HAI.
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend and have not cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy will not receive a refund.
Unused registrations may not be transferred to a future Leadership Lab or other HAI program.
Group & Organizational Registration
Organizations may register and pay for multiple participants in one transaction.
The purchaser is responsible for providing complete registration information for each participant and for communicating Leadership Lab policies and event information to all individuals included in the registration.
All participants included in a group registration are subject to the same cancellation, refund, substitution, and attendance policies.
Pre-Lab Trainings
Pre-Lab trainings have limited seating and may sell out before Leadership Lab registration closes.
At this time, Pre-Lab trainings are available only to registered Leadership Lab participants.
When a Pre-Lab reaches capacity, registration for that session will close and the session may be identified as SOLD OUT.
Scholarships
A limited number of scholarships may become available.
Scholarship availability, eligibility criteria, award amounts, and application procedures will be announced separately.
Submitting a scholarship application does not reserve a Leadership Lab seat unless specifically stated by HAI.
Hotel Accommodations
Participants are responsible for making and paying for their own hotel reservations.
The Leadership Lab group rate is $199 per night, plus applicable taxes and fees, subject to availability. The room-block cutoff date is February 8, 2027.
After the cutoff date, reservations may be accepted by the hotel based on availability and may be offered at the hotel’s prevailing rate.
Hotel reservations are separate from Leadership Lab registration.
Dietary Requests
Participants may identify dietary needs during registration.
Dietary requests and changes must be submitted no later than March 1, 2027.
HAI will make reasonable efforts to accommodate timely requests; however, specific menu items or allergen-free environments cannot be guaranteed.
Accessibility & Accommodations
HAI is committed to providing an accessible event experience.
Participants requesting an accommodation should identify their needs during registration or contact HAI as early as possible so reasonable arrangements can be considered.
Photography & Media
Photography and video recording may occur during Leadership Lab 2027.
By attending the event, participants acknowledge that photographs, video, or other recordings may include their image and may be used by Harrison & Associates International LLC for educational, promotional, archival, or marketing purposes.
Participants who have concerns regarding photography or recording should contact HAI before the event.
Program Changes
HAI reserves the right to modify the Leadership Lab schedule, presenters, sessions, activities, or other program elements when necessary.
Program changes do not automatically constitute grounds for a refund.
Circumstances Beyond HAI’s Control
If circumstances beyond HAI’s reasonable control prevent Leadership Lab 2027 from being held as scheduled, HAI will communicate available options to registered participants.
HAI is not responsible for airfare, lodging, transportation, parking, or other travel-related expenses incurred by participants.
The hotel agreement separately recognizes circumstances beyond the parties’ reasonable control that make holding the event illegal or impossible.
Professional Conduct
Leadership Lab participants are expected to engage professionally and respectfully with attendees, presenters, sponsors, vendors, and event staff.
HAI reserves the right to address conduct that disrupts the event, interferes with another participant’s experience, or creates an unsafe or inappropriate environment.
