Leadership Lab 2027 Group / Organizational Registration

Organizations may register and pay for multiple participants in one transaction.

Before completing the registration request form, download and complete the Leadership Lab Group Attendee Roster. The roster must include information for each participant and their selected Leadership Lab and/or Pre-Lab registration options.

Complete the Group / Organizational Registration form below and upload the completed roster with your request.

HAI will review Leadership Lab and Pre-Lab availability and send one invoice/payment link for the approved registration total.

Submitting this form does not confirm or reserve registration.
Registration is confirmed after HAI verifies availability and payment is received.

Registration Process
1. Download the Group Attendee Roster.
2. Complete the roster for all participants.
3. Complete the Group / Organizational Registration form.
4. Upload the completed roster.
5. Submit the registration request.
6. HAI will confirm availability and send one invoice/payment link for the approved total.
